My yoga classes are rooted in tradition and authenticity, reflecting the classical style I was trained in during my studies in India. I strive to honor the purity of yoga's origins by staying as close as possible to its philosophical foundations. As a trained Chef de cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu, food and cooking have always been a very important part of my daily life.
I switched my diet to a vegan diet for ethical, environmental, and health reasons. I believe that veganism is the best way to respect animals, protect the planet, and improve our well-being. Veganism has changed my life for the better in so many ways. It has improved my physical health, mental clarity, energy levels, and mood. It has also opened my eyes to the beauty and diversity of plant-based foods. I love sharing my passion for veganism with others and helping them discover the benefits of this lifestyle.
